Before you send us a technical support query below please
check read the common questions above
as there may already be a fix for the issue you're experiencing.
Contacting Technical Support
Please describe the problem you're having in as much detail as you
can and where possible describe what sort of machine you have. Mac,
what version of Windows etc.
We receive many queries each day and as such, the ones that give
the most information can be dealt with the quickest. As an example
do not write "My PC crashes! Help Help!". If this is the
case, where does it crash? how did you get it to crash? what does
the error say?
The more information you give, the faster we can help you. Help
us to help you.
Once submitted please wait for a reply, average
response time is between 1-2 days.
There is no need to send a technical enquiry twice if you don't
receieve a reply quickly.
Please do not use this form to submit anything other
than technical support problems, sales queries, work submissions
